How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

There is a certain amount of paperwork to be completed when registering. Our receptionist will gladly explain the procedure to you. We have access to a telephone-based translation service for non-English-speaking patients.

As part of the registration process, every new patient will be offered a 30-minute appointment with our practice nurse for an initial health check. This is very important as it gives us an opportunity to obtain relevant background medical history and details of any medication you may be taking while we wait for your full medical records to arrive from your previous doctor. For this check you will be asked to provide a urine specimen (a container can be obtained from reception).

How Do I.... Change My Details?

Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number. We may need to contact you if your appointment needs to be cancelled, or write to you regarding health matters.
